British Royal Navy 1827 Pattern Naval Officer’s Sword with Scabbard – Callan & Co

Offered here is an British Royal Navy officer’s sword of the 1827 pattern, featuring a classic brass hilt and curved blade, complete with its scabbard. The blade is marked Callan & Co, a known British retailer/maker supplying naval and military officers’ swords.

The sword shows honest age-related wear consistent with its 19th-century origin. The blade retains visible etching, though softened from age and use. The brass hilt displays natural patina, and the grip remains solid. The scabbard shows surface wear from may have been restoredis structurally sound.
