Delivery is agreed with the piece rather than paid for here — no page on this site takes a payment. What follows is how it works once a price is settled.
- How much is delivery?
- It depends on the piece. Antique edged weapons need proper packing — rigid crating, blade support and insurance — so we quote shipping together with the item rather than applying a flat rate. Tell us your city, state and ZIP when you get in touch and it will be included in your quotation.
- Where do you ship?
- Within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
- Are there places you cannot ship to?
- Possibly, and we check before we quote. Laws on edged weapons differ by state, county and city, and there is no exemption for antique or collectible pieces. Daggers and other double-edged blades are restricted in several states, and this catalogue holds them — so the answer depends on the piece as much as on the address. If we cannot send a particular piece to you, we will say so rather than ship it and hope.
- We carry no knives that open automatically, by inertia or by gravity, or ballistic knives.
- How is it sent?
- Tracked and insured, with an adult signature required on delivery. Please do not ask the carrier to leave a package without a signature — if you do, it travels at your risk from that point and our insurance no longer applies.
- How long does it take?
- We ship within the time stated in your quotation. If anything delays us, you choose a new date or a full refund.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery record, photograph the packaging before unpacking any further, and email us within 5 business days so we can open a claim.
- Do I have to be 18?
- Yes — and older if the law where you live requires it.
- Can I return it?
- If a piece differs materially from how we described it, yes — get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Full terms come with your quotation.
