Offered for sale is an original WWI German KS98 sawback bayonet, manufactured by the well-known Solingen maker WKC (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co.).

This model was issued primarily to specialized troops, and sawback examples are considered scarce and highly collectible, especially in well-preserved condition.

The bayonet features the distinctive sawback spine, along with a steel blade that remains in excellent condition, showing minimal wear for its age. The edge and teeth are well defined, adding to its desirability.
