Dutch M1895 Hembrug Infantry Bayonet
Rare and original Dutch Netherlands Model 1895 bayonet, manufactured by Hembrug, one of the principal and most respected Dutch military arsenals.
The bayonet is an authentic period piece, showing correct form, construction, and markings consistent with known M1895 examples. The blade displays honest age-related wear and patina, with no major damage observed. Overall condition is very good for its age.
Included is the original leather scabbard with matching frog, both showing natural wear consistent with long-term service and storage. The leather remains intact and stable, with expected signs of age, adding to the historical character of the set.
This is a genuine and increasingly scarce Dutch military bayonet, highly collectible and suitable for advanced collections of European or WWI-era edged weapons.
Sold as-is. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description. Feel free to ask any questions before bidding or making an offer.
