Very rare and original 20th Century  Danish Naval Officer’s dirk (dagger), marked KJOBENHAVN (Copenhagen), indicating Scandinavian manufacture, most likely produced for the Dutch naval market.

The dagger features an impressive elephant ivory grip, finely shaped and well-preserved for its age, showing natural patina and age-related characteristics consistent with an authentic period piece. The fittings are well executed and display quality craftsmanship expected of naval officer sidearms.

The blade is clean and well-formed, with honest wear appropriate to age and service. No cleaning observed. Overall condition is very good, considering its age and rarity.

Included is the original scabbard, which matches the dagger correctly in style and period. The scabbard shows normal wear but remains solid and intact.

A scarce and desirable example of a Dutch naval officer’s edged weapon, suitable for advanced collectors of naval, European, or officer daggers.
