This combat bayonet features a parkerized steel blade, checkered plastic grips, and a composite USM8A1 scabbard with webbing. The blade shows typical gray field wear and sharpening. Produced by the Conetta Manufacturing Company, this bayonet was issued to U.S. military forces during the mid-20th century. It was designed to fit standard service rifles and carbines. The ricasso is stamped with "US M7 Conetta" to verify its production origin.
