Russian WW1 Model 1881 Cavalry Shashka Sword

Very rare Imperial Russian Model 1881Shashka, manufactured in 1905 by the famous Zlatoust Arms Factory (Златоуст).

This is an authentic pre-Revolutionary Russian edged weapon produced during the Imperial period and used through World War I. The Model 1881 Shashka is one of the most iconic Russian swords.

Condition: Good antique condition overall. The blade shows natural age-related patina and light surface marks consistent with more than a century of age. No active rust observed. The hilt remains solid. No restoration or cleaning has been performed.

This sword is offered as found and without scabbard, which is reflected in the price.
