Original German WW2 K98 84/98 Bayonet with Scabbard

An authentic German Model 84/98 rifle bayonet from World War II. The bayonet features a straight steel blade with fullers, retaining much of its original dark blued finish, paired with synthetic Bakelite grip scales and a steel guard. It is accompanied by its steel scabbard. Issued as standard equipment for German infantry during World War II, this bayonet was designed to be mounted on the Karabiner 98k rifle. The unmarked nature of the blade suggest late-war or emergency manufacturing when markings were omitted to speed up production. The Bakelite grips are intact and tightly secured, showing minor surface scratches. The steel scabbard displays light surface wear and minor oxidation spots, preserving its functional locking catch.
