Original Yugoslavian WW2 K98 Bayonet Matching 9135

An authentic Yugoslavian M1948 military bayonet with its matching steel scabbard. The weapon is designed with a straight, single-edged steel blade with fullers, wood grip scales, and a steel crossguard. Both the bayonet and scabbard bear matching serial numbers. Manufactured shortly after World War II at Factory 44 (Zavodi Crvena Zastava) in Kragujevac, Yugoslavia, these bayonets were produced to fit Yugoslav Mauser rifles. The factory utilized German wartime K98 tooling to rebuild the country's defense stocks. The matching serial number "9135" is clearly stamped on both the ricasso of the blade and the scabbard. The steel blade has a polished grey finish, and the wooden grips show minor storage wear.
