Original Italian WW2 M1923 Pilot Officer Sword

An authentic Italian Model 1923 military officer's sword in very good condition. The sword features a straight, single-edged steel blade with double fullers, an ornate brass guard decorated with military emblems, and a wire-wrapped handle. It comes with its original leather-covered scabbard and officer's troddel. Carried by pilot and infantry officers in the Italian Royal Armed Forces during World War II, the M1923 pattern is known for its elegant design. The inclusion of the original leather-covered scabbard with brass fittings makes it highly collectible. The original fabric troddel (sword knot) is attached to the guard, showing minor age fraying. The blade is bright and clean with crisp lines, and the brass fittings have a dark, untouched antique patina.
