This is an exceptionally attractive and well-preserved example of a German officer's sword, displaying outstanding craftsmanship, elegant military styling, and remarkable overall condition. Condition:
Overall condition is excellent. The blade remains exceptionally well preserved, exhibiting near-mint condition with outstanding finish and presentation.
The hilt, grip, and fittings retain excellent character with only light handling and age-related wear. The scabbard is likewise very well preserved and remains solid, attractive, and fully displayable.
The only notable issue is a small missing section of the leather retention loop. Aside from this minor imperfection, the sword and scabbard remain in remarkable overall condition.
